The GTA Rehab Network and Conference Planning Committee are pleased to report that Best Practices Day 2025 was a great success! The virtual conference was attended by 250 delegates from across Canada.

This year’s conference provided insights on many diverse topics including:

  • The role of rehab as a solution to health care system challenges
  • Early recognition of delirium in a geriatric rehab program
  • In-home stroke rehab
  • Psychological therapies in people with Multiple Sclerosis
  • Evaluating hospital-to-home transitional care in post-acute rehab and complex continuing care
